When is TIO’s TruckPool Service?

TIO’s TruckPool program primarily starts from when your child graduates from high school. All preparation, consulting and delivering process starts from early April and ends in late August.

What are the steps?

How are the belongings packaged for TIO’s TruckPool?

Our company adheres to the concept of recycling and environmental protection. It is recommended to bring your own carton boxes. Other forms of packaging we accept are suitcases, backpacks, totes and other enclosed packaging. Each package will be labeled as fragile to ensure a safe and undamaged delivery.

Deadlines?

In order for the delivery process to go smoothly, remember to register first to get your $25 off and tell us where you are based and which school your child will attend. This is to allow us to plan in advance each delivery accordingly, so the belongings get safely to your child’s future school campus before the fall semester begins. If you are undecided about which items your child will take, don’t worry. You’ll have until mid-July to figure out all your child’s belongings.

Are there any extra costs or hidden fees with your delivery rate?
